Taken in Charlbury, whilst sitting on bike, but failed miserably to get handlebars in shot, then a car wanted to occupy space I was in. Bit blurry as heavy downpours mixed with sun.

MBIFO a Victorian 1897 obelisk currently surrounded by vigil candles as a local schoolboy, 16 year old Freddy Shand, was murdered a few yards away last month and was buried yesterday 😔

A couple of Victorian era school related buildings from this morning's ride.

First up All Saints School that dates from 1880 and is still a school.

Next is the old Congregational Sunday School at the the Victoria centre which dates from 1870 again still in use but not as originally intended.

The Victorian lady who shot Mussolini who was later incarcerated in a Hamtun lunatic asylum (as they were called at the time!!) before being dead & buried a few hundred yards from my home..
