You can specify how many days a week you can train and also how many hours each day in TR when you Build a Custom Plan.
Totally missed that - I'll look again. TR suggested I didn't start today (probably sensible) due to the Rouvying yesterday, so aim to start tomorrow.
My Garmin which displays 3s power went to 0w quite a bit and TR that records 10s power saw 30-50w drop every so often. the net result I was just below target
