I paid a £40 annual subscription and received a couple of issues before they seem to have stopped sending out to be. I have contacted by nail, phone, and Twitter but cannot get a reply. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on what to do next? Thanks.

Contact your credit card company

Or send a letter to the publisher by registered post http://www.cplmedia.co.uk/contact-us.html

Dunno who you emailed, but there are a few email addresses in the link

There should be a subs contact in your original correspondence.

The good news is that it is still an active company so at least there is something there to deal with.

When you say you have contacted them, what was the response? No reply? By phone? They are in new offices so the 750 number?

If still no response go upstairs to the MD as in this type of company he will be classed as publisher as well.

The magazine has "previous" with taking subscriptions and failing to deliver .... there are threads on several cycling fora.

Phone call message. Letter. Email. Twitter direct message. Not a sausage of a reply. I don't have the original contact. I've written off this year's subscription. I don't want them to take the next though.

Go to your bank and get them to refund you under Fraud protection/goods and services - they will probably chase the firm themselves and you'll get your money back/
