None of the experts on this forum would have done it, but I had a grace-free dismount last year.
Uphill off a red light, riding fixed. There is a straight-ahead exit, but no-one uses it and no-one ever signals right to stay on the main road, which is a right-turn of about 15 degrees.... But I had a sudden fear that the traffic to my right might go straight on, so I indicated...

Oddly, I fell in a moment of comedy joy for all present. Was that the worst of it?
No... A woman stopped her car and asked if I was OK. Lovely of her, but it made me feel like an OAP. She then waved me down, as in my confusion and shame I'd left my drink bottle in the gutter.
God has no grace and there went I. God, hills and traffic lights are all utter, utter bastards.
