It's designed to be a wind up, see question 10.

Well we never have a dig at motorists on this forum do we. To be fair there are yobs on bikes who get us a bad press, same as there are yobs in cars etc.

It only applies to upwrong bicycles though

Recumbent trikes are not that shape and therefore OK

I thought number 1 was no cycling, not no bikes. You can still get off your bike and push it. Our local town centre is full of them and the only time police stop you is of you are cycling your bike rather than pushing it... Any how the bike racks in the town centre would be pointless if you were not allowed to push your bike to them!

I spills always have failed this one as well. I only every put one for on the ground and as you point out, soon I won't even need to do that!

But ... If "do not not cycle" doesn't apply to mishapen bikes, does that mean you can't cycle there?

My handlebars aren't like that. The sign's nothing to do with me.

Talking of silly road signs, I do like this one recently introduced:

UFOs are not allowed to shoot at HGVS, but all other vehicles are fair targets

(except recumbent trikes that can shelter under the HGV in case of attack)

It isn't even literate or accurate enough to be a windup!

The quiz is too inaccurate to be anything other than laugh, hope its author knows the law really and move on...

Where, why and what the heck does that mean?

Rainbows aren't just for world champions
I'm guessing Cunobelin has a recumbent trike then...
