From the piccy, doesn't appear to have a third / drag brake. If it doesn't, will make going downhill loaded interesting when it comes to stopping - !

Looks like it has a hub brake to me. I think I can just about see the torque arm projecting forward?
Is it normal for the stoker to have a brake lever to play with?

I recon l could get it for €200 euros but l don't really know what l would do with it if l had it because try as l might l can't enthuse anyone to ride bikes, they all want cars because the hills are "hard work" ! French, what are you like !!
