I had one of these from a fish n chip shop in Plymouth. It was so gooey I don't know how you Scots keep eating them.

I always thought it was a myth....until I called into a chip shop in Fort William and it was on the menu.

A coating of fat might help the pointy bits slip down through the gullet.

IIRC a geezer got through a round of MasterChef with a Chicken Parmo, and made it at least somewhere near the final thereafter.
