i bailed on riding back to aberdeen(having ridden down via glenshee on saturday night) - i was basking in the sun waiting on a lift to the train

snow roads - after nextweeks 300 & 200 at portmahummock

Unfortunately, i have to agree with 2000m - My Garmin gave 6,640ft. I missed a couple of miles before switching on but that was pretty flat. That converts to pretty much spot on 2000m.

T-D, it must have been you that i met at the top of the Cairn O' Mount and stayed with until a gel stop at Braemar? Thanks for the company.

And to think you were on a bad day after your previous evenings' run down to Forfar... What hope for us mere mortals?

guilty as charged seamab. Dont know what was in that gel but it was bloody good ! - no secrets it was a standard lucozade glucose orange gel.
