Iv nothing to back that comment up, wont pretend that I have, but as some humans can have far more contagious disease and germs than your avarage domestic dog I know which excrement id rather encounter. But that is just my feelings-rightly or wrongly:biggrin:

There's a bit of a difference. Human shoot, by the very fact that it comes from humans, will contain a lot of diseases that are transmissible to humans, because, duh, it comes from humans. Not all dog diseases are transmissable to humans, so not as many wil be transmissable.

Personally, I think you and snapper are willfully misunderstanding alecs, I got his point just fine.

Actually, I think I'd find any omnivore shoot a bit nasty to clean off anything. I don't see why human is any worse than dog, except that we have a social taboo about pooing in public. Ans as alecs points out, plenty of people have to deal with shoot in one way or another everyday by virtue of looking after someone.

Just think yourselves lucky you didn't live a couple of hundred years ago, or somewhere today where the niceties of modern sewerage systems just don't exist.

This thread is shoot.

I feel for you Snapps, I really do. But I also can't help thinking that probably someone just got caught short and couldn't help themselves. (as someone who once pooed on their aunties back step , aged 6, I have some experience of such things...)
Horrible, but not malicious.

Did you all post at once then or something? I meant it's important to worm because of toxowhotsit not Badkitty pooing on the back step.

Back to the OP..... a 'person' - I use in a loose term, pooping and deliberately covering in conkers/leaves, is out to get kids covered in it - total scum..........

Doesn't surprise me though, there are real low life's out there................

Nowhere near all human diseases are transmissible through poo though Arch. So whilst I agree the reasonable assertion that it will contain some, I have not much idea which they are and whether they are more or less hazardous than those transmittable from dogs poo. Though there's plenty of evidence from say sewage infested water etc. What's the situation in snappers case?
I'm interested in the answer.

That's kind of my thinking too. If it were in a town or city centre it might be different though -

I worked in an office tucked away in a corner near London Bridge (it's an Evans Cycles now ) I had to call environmental cleansing about five times a month to remove human poo from the steps and ramp outside the office.

Worst part of it was, there was poo in the area that didn't even look like poo...and once you know what you're looking at...you realise it's a lot more prevalent than you think

Hepatitis is one thing that's transferred in human poo.
