Tescos trucks are usually not too bad on the road but that was downright dangerous.

That was really poor driving, not to mention scary. It's a situation where I'd be leaning on the airzound (I've watched it with no sound so can't tell if the OP did this).
It's a bugbear of mine that these drivers, along with taxi drivers, bus drivers etc are regularly referred to as professional drivers, as though they are members of some elevated group; they're not, they're commercial drivers, folk whose job involves driving for hire or reward but who do not have to pass anything more than a standard driving test of competence for the particular class of vehicle.

I did hornit it with 140 db did not have time to sound the airzound ;(
I think that was probably more careless driving and poor planning rather than anything malicious.
Definitely report to Tescos, driver could do with extra training.
In future if you see a situation like that developing I would try to get out of it earlier even if it means slamming on your brakes.

I know and agree we should be able to cycle safely on any road but there are a few roads around Harlow where I prefer to use the cycle tracks. There is a perfectly good track running parallel with this road with underpasses up into the town centre. Having said that the overtake was certainly a bit dodgy which reinforces my opinion about the cycle tracks.

He started out fairly wide but then cut in far too soon - Perhaps he thought you might want to grab hold of the back end of the truck for a free ride ??!
Mistake 1 was not being in the (apparently) clear right lane and not straddling for the overtake. Had he been so then any roundabout related manoeuvre short of turning left should have been safe. Given he wasn't indicating left I can't work out why he took the line he did. Maybe there was something unseen.
Here in deepest South East London supermarket artics are about the only large vehicles I trust to do the right thing. Its a surprise, an aberration you should report to Tescos. Given they get their drivers to do it right more than most they are probably in a better position to bring these errors to both this driver and the other drivers in the fleet more effectively than even the police and courts.
