yes , there was the soldier who had his balls shot off and got a job with a local authority. he asked what time starting time was and was told he should come in at 10am, he replied that he thought work started at 8. the boss fella said it does but as we are Local authority we sit round for 2 hours scratching our balls , not much point in you coming here for that.

I've family out there at present & I've had others come back with various body parts missing. So I'll stand by what I said.

I've had some experiences with some people that could be called lazy but perhaps they were bad team players and others incompetent. I remember a time when I needed volunteers to work weekends and one and a half time pay wasn't of any interest to this particular person. While the rest of the team was willing to work overtime to complete the project on time.

Lets have a dig at the public sector shall we my wife is a school business manager, as we speak she is preparing a govenors report for Monday, this an many other school projects are carried out out of hours and unpaid both by my wife and her work ma
