I quite often have tins of soup or a cup a soup for breakfast and have done for a while and I even had a packet of noodles on Friday. Fewer calories than Maccy D's and keeps me fuller for longer.
I usually have porridge
If I make my porridge too milky I suppose you could call it soup!

Trifle with extra cream![]()
I've just got my head around the American idea of blueberry waffles smothered in maple syrup for breakfast, soup may just be a step too far for me
Well you got that right........soups are more of a North Indian, thing,we people in the south perfer to stick to our spicy fried items for startersI'm suddenly aware that I don't know of any Indian soups... There's Mulligatawny, but that's just a slightly curry flavoured British/Raj concoction isn't it?
Soup just isn't a food I associate with Indian food, but then maybe I haven't been to enough Indian restaurants, or looked closely enough at the starter menu....
