Actually, I know for a fact that I am the only one in the NHS database (my doctors have told me this before because I happen to be ludicrously easy to find), and there was a link to a site on here a while ago where you could see how many people shared your name, and I had nobody. Short of a birth somewhere in the U.S. or similar, I have still to hear of anyone past or present with my name.
