Pah. On a bike ride last week I had a fish finger brioche at the pub stop. And it was served on a bit of slate. With a tiny galvanised bucket of Doritos and the smallest salad I've ever seen (a leaf and an eighth of a tomato). My deepest regret is that I didn't take a photo to share on here.

If you make the Llandudno ride you needn't be concerned about brioche or galvinised buckets. I tested the morning coffee stop. There were baps, rolls, buns oven bottoms but no foreign muck at all

And I think you're on safe ground at Eureka cyclists café too
