Staling is not a drying out process it is a starch crystallization process, the rate of crystallization is maximized at around 4C ie fridge temperature. best to freeze or keep at room temperature
Wouldn't it just be better to buy nicer coffee?I keep the jar of instant coffee in the fridge, it is supposed to taste better, not sure if it does.
