(The fact that the bikes were described as STOLEN rather than stolen made me think that it must be a brand name.)

I just thought if you're stoopid enough to list a stolen bike, you may be stoopid enough to misuse Caps!

My lad has a "stolen" BMX. True to its name it was nicked twice, i filed a police report online each time with the frame number and it came back within a few weeks. Unfortunately he has now lost interest in it.
