Well thats a matter of opinion and my Misses and Kids feel better when I wear one, so I choose to wear one so I can spend loads of cash on cycling gear without getting "The LOOK!!!!!"

You know, I get a headache from my helmet too. I didn't know I had a funny head.
But then I didn't know I had an un-ladylike large head and needed a man's helmet until that's all they could find to fit me in the shop
