It's simple. You buy seven random Ebay leads at £2 a pop and see which ones work. ( The duds can be used for cat strangling.) That leaves you five quid to buy a pint and congratulate yourself that Apple failed to rip you off. What's not to like?

Paying £5 for a pint! Go to Lidl, buy 4 bottles of tasty beer, and congratulate yourself that your local pub failed to rip you off. I'd like that even more***!




*** If I still drank alcohol. I often treat a friend to bottled beers from Lidl and really like the smell of some of them. Green Gecko smells very tempting and there are lots of others that I used to enjoy. I just can't trust myself not to slip back into my old boozing habits so I had better not risk trying any of them...

Apple cables have been far worse than Samsung i our house. Anker cables are fab for USB and Lightning
