When he can get a word in.

I recall my grandfather making a rare comment, to which my grandmother retorted that he should keep his trap shut and let her get a word in. Grandmother was mystified by the laughter that resulted, grandfather had a mild smile.

On the IOT, a lot of these systems have poor security and represent a 'trojan horse' on a network. The Twit Security Now podcast has featured it on a number of occasions.

Having read some of the comments here obviously from learned members I can only recoil at a trojan horse getting into the Limoge that I had my robotic butler stack into the whatjamacallit for cleansing.

My neighbour from over the road stopped me in the street and asked if I was any good at programming remotes. He said that the remote control for his Smart WC was playing up. It transpired that he can flush his lavatory cistern from a range of thirty metres. It could be that he's incredibly well-endowed, but it seemed a step too far technology-wise. I told him that I was useless at driving consumer electronics but I could lend him a big yellow plastic bucket if the flushing crisis became critical.
