Same simple mistake as always..... Boardman has never campaigned against helmets, he campaigns for the choice.
Care to post a single "anti helmet" claim by Boardman to justify your claim?
The annoying claim that anything not 100% pro helmet must be "anti-helmet" simply exhibits a lack of understanding

Not as bad as this, after campaigning so much about not wearing one.
Looks like he's mountain biking and has made an informed decision that a helmet could be of benefit for that type of cycling. To my knowledge Chis has never campaigned against helmets, perhaps you could show some evidence of this?

if I didn't turn up to the Sunday club ride with a hangover every week I'd win all the climbs much too easily - they don't even know that most weeks I've had 7 pints the night before - most of them pass out after a 1/2 pint
