I only commute 2 days a week, as my knee cant do anymore!!! - 40mile round trip (staines to camden)

Breakfast - Fruit & Fibre - with blueberries & bannana, coffee / will change back to porridge when it gets colder
Lunch - sandwich, crisps, yogurt & apple / will change to soup instead of sandwich when it gets colder
Before Ride home - energy drink (normally High 5)
Dinner - chicken & veg - pineapple, blueberries & grapes
Loads of water thru the day

I'm shrinking at the minute. I have a banana for breakfast.

When I'm not trying to shrink, I have two slices of toast and butter.

Both these options deliver me the four miles to work without bonqing.
