Ebayers - beware new(?) Scam

Fortunately this was filtered out by my system, because otherwise I would have fallen for it.

Looks like a regular email from Ebay alerting to a message from another ebayer.
So you take a look and it is concerning a dispute on item #xxxxxxxxx
You think what dispute is that then? I'm a good guy, 100% feedback an' all, so you click on the link all motivated to resolve the problem pronto... and .... who knows what would have happened .

Not telling anyone how to suck eggs or anything but just to say never ever ever click on any link in an email. If you get an email from ebay, paypal your bank or whoever open a browser window and log on to your account yourself to see if it is genuine.

I thought we are not supposed to do that anymore as it can be dangerous (Salmonella Enteritides etc)..

And, my insurance co sent me an email saying: 'If you want your insurance docs then you are going to have to click on link. No click, no docs'. That's what they do.
