Just very dull here like it has been since about September. I've pretty much forgotten what the sun looks like anyway so no major loss!

Cloudy here. Some of our boffins are getting set up with cameras on our second floor balcony and projecting images. Our Science staff are coming over to our building as someone put a new building in their line of sight

It's cloudy here with a little mist so it'll probably just get a bit darker. Unfortunately I have a meeting right when it's at it's peak so I'll miss this one too.

One of my news sources said it was a once in a lifetime thing. It's my second in 16 years!

Slightly hazy here but still bright. There are definitely fewer cars on the road than normal for a Friday. Saw one person setting up his camera and tripod, and on a street corner a Dad with his child and two pieces of paper and talking to him.

They were just telling us on the radio where the UK cloud cover was. Why can't people just look out of the window for themselves? It's not like anybody can dart from region to region in the next 20 minutes.

I think that's how an eclipse works

Light, high cloud here so it's quite easy to see the sun. Getting quite "gloaming" now
