The Norwegian commentator on Eurosport here was quite good and neutral.

Although most Norwegians don't understand the difference between England, Great Britain, the United Kingdom, and the British Isles or the flags of home countries.

And that's without confusing them further with the Channel Islands, Isle of Man Isle of Wight etc.
