Walking into work today (blasted v brakes, dismantling the things tonight and rebuilding!) saw one police officer on a bike doing a FPN for a bike courier, presumably RLJ.

Then opposite was a police motorcyclist also doing a FPN for a white van man.

A world without policing targets for one particular crime.

must be a day of it, there wasa police MB who stopped.... I cant remember now as was watching the Royal Mail lorry too closesly, but it had pulled someone over and was having words, a taxi i think. North side of blackfriers going upto the crossroads
