A good response again from Evans.
I gotta say I love evans. I've had a few issues over the years but they have always sorted it really well.
First was a broken spoke nipple when I got my bike serviced there, didn't realise till I had got home. Tweeted them about it and the sorted it out for repair the next day.
Other time I had an issue with my Genesis Day01 and I thought it was not safe to use on the road and they sorted it all out.
I was really disappointed to see the branch in Croydon close down, despite Geoffrey butler being only a mile away from me, I still always went to Evans as the customer service and quality was better from my experience.

the service at gatwick is variable but the stock levels worth every pedal stroke to get there.
