Evans Price Match

Just tried to price match a Cycle republic item on Evans but it wouldn't go through as it says at the final stage "We don't match with this retailer" or something similar. It then refers you to the Ts & Cs, but all I could see there was a statement saying they match all retailers apart from places like Amazon and eBay. Has anyone ever managed get Evans to match against Cycle Republic? Wasn't sure if I might have more success trying it face to face in the shop? I want to use Evans as I have a load of vouchers through clubcard, btw.

It says on their website they will price match any store so you might be better off popping in to your local Evans.I have noticed they have put £50 and £75 on a couple of Specialized hybrid bikes ive been looking at.Ive never known a shop to put over 10% on their bike prices before.

I got a price match at Evans in Castleford, they pretended not to be able to get a the website I directed them too on their computor so I pulled it up on my phone. Saved me £14.95 on the shop price.

For a time I think they restricted their price match to a finite list of retailers. Having looked again at their t&cs then they seem to have opened it up again.

It's probably their software not updated. Give them a call, that's what I've done in the past.

As above. Call their customer services. CycleRepublic are Halfords, there should be no issue.
Remember you need to apply to turn the Tesco vouchers into Evans ones, takes a day or two to get the Evans vouchers. So do that before speaking to Evans
