Yellow Road, you were commenting how in awe you were of riders who can spin at 85rpm for more than a hour. I suggest you get on your MTB. They're great for learning to spin

I have BSO called a MTB I have cleaned the drivetrain once in 14yrs and it still works fine, it’s heavy, low spec, but also pretty much indestructible.

It has very minimal rust on a few bolts that’s all.

It has its uses in horrific weather I take it to the shops.

And I actually increased the weight by adding a Trail-Gator haha

Here in the UK, bike types are just an ideal opportunity to engage in tribal one upmanship.

I'm 117kg. Unless it's stupid heavy, the weight of the bike betwixt my buttocks is largely an irrelevance. Even so, at my age and my weight I can still surprise a few club riders.
