Mrs FW and I are away at the moment but a bottle of Jameson from daughter and present from son waiting for me at home. Never ever bought a father's day card or present, my dad died when I was ten, 48 years ago and I don't think there was any such thing as father's day then.

my 5 year old did however make me a card not 10 mins ago, it features flowers and bombs. which are apparently my favourite.
even my youngest son has me pegged as some sort of militant hippy...

Yesterday was my first fathers' day, and I'm impressed that my 9 month old daughter bought be some elderberry wine so that my wife can prove that the elderberry wine I made tastes 'wrong'.

It's my birthday Tuesday so we had loads of friends over for a BBQ; a truly amazing day

Barnet,
I left home at 05.15 to go to work and got home at 7.30 in the evening( a long day), to find some bottles of ale cooling in the fridge from my daughter and son. I'd call that a result.^_^
