I always hated Blue Peter, and I still do.

The presenters were held up as some kind of ideal for how society wanted young people to be. Like the Hitler Youth.

Blue Peter Vs Magpie. Who dya chews?

It always seemed to be one side or the other in them days; Stones Vs Beatles, Slade Vs T.Rex, David Cassidy Vs Donny Osmond, Oasis Vs Blur..... One way to engender sales is to create an 'intense rivalry'.

I hared it too, but I used to have schoolboy crush on Sarah Greene so used to often suffer it for that.

Anyone else know the legend of Sarah Greene at Hull Uni? I know of something but it's unsubstantiated and I want to know the truth behind it. You know, the pool table, the plaque, the claim to fame? Anyone?
