My usual favourite cycling snack bar is the Aldi Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar:

I'm looking for an alternative which is low in sugar and saturated fat and high in protein and fibre.

Any suggestions please?

No suggestions that fit your brief I'm afraid (as they're a bit dear and probably contain about 260 grammes each of fat and sugar) but I love the odd Clif bar, white chocolate and macadamia or crunchy peanut butter. :hungry:

Make your own flapjacks?
how far are you cycling? If you eat before, do you need a snack?
the bars you have linked have 200 calls. Can you have a banana and a few nuts?

I usually take some Nutri-grain breakfast bars if I want in-ride refuelling - they are easier to eat than fig rolls, which I love but find a bit cloying with a dry mouth.
