I know, @vernon has already told me off about that

Au contraire!

Jelly has its place providing it's not in my beard.

A well made pork pie filling will not shrink enough during baking to allow excessive amounts of jelly to be added to fill the ensuing voids. A well made jelly, suitably seasoned can add to the pie experience.

Pies that drip and ooze jelly appeal to those who decry the £1 Morrisons pork pie.

I will be nibbling on these pies between Bedale and Darlington on Christmas eve.

Snyder's Honey, Mustard and Onion pretzel pieces are a welcome part of my trips to the overgrown metropolis. I've recently discovered a salted caramel flavour too...
