Good to know I am not alone, I didn't find the show funny either and by the end, talk about flogging a dead horse.

I did like the chandelier scene and I did like Leonard Pearce he was a superb actor and able to convey empathy like I'd not seen since Harry H Corbett. Show went down the pan when he died IMO.

Chandelier episode, batman and robin (used to work very near by the street where that had been filmed), and the episode where they were trying to sell TV satellite dishes:rofl:

As for Mrs Browns Boys, I find that hilarious the first time I see an episode, but it doesn't have the same feeling that I have watching old episodes of only fools and horses. Mind you Mrs Browns Boys could be funny as it reminds me of one of my aunties and her mad family!

Didn't think much of Cassandra either. The older episodes were better.
They were!
I didn't mind Cassandra so much, maybe because she was a bit more incidental Than Raquel.
When Del first met her in the episode "Dates" she was nice. But she then was promoted to a main character after the "Jolly boys" episode. And she became a right miserable, controlling mare.

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Don't know which episode it was, but the one where trigger talks about his broom... Classic Brilliance.

Over the last few years, I have tended to think there is something wrong with me because I just don't find any of the comedy programmes funny at all. I have got to the stage where I think I mustn't be getting the joke for whatever reason. It couldn't possibly be because they arn't funny could it?
