Tarte Tatin. With cream. Or caramel ice-cream. Or both.
Gooseberry or Rhubarb Crumble (the crumble must be made with only flour, butter and sugar - no clever oaty stuff). With cream. Or maybe custard.
Creme Brulee.
Treacle Tart. With cream.
Zabaglione.
That strange Indonesian salty black rice pudding served with coconut milk.
My friend Peter Webb's outrageously rich rice pudding - it's made with goats' milk and goats' butter, sits atop some lightly stewed rhubarb and berries, and contains a huge hidden dollop of cold clotted cream in the centre .
That Turkish rice pudding that doesn't seem to have much rice in it.
Aldo Zilli's Pine Nut Semifreddo - the last recipe in The Silver Spoon.
Summer Pudding. With cream.
Apricots flamed in brandy. With cream.

I find it impossible to choose a favourite pudding. All pudding = splendid
Except perhaps anything with prunes or gooseberries, but I haven't actually tried either of them since I was about 8, so I might actually like them now
