You'd time to take pictures! Can't be working you that hard then.

Who says the threads are all the same stuff?

That'd give @young Ed a decent view, whilst testing his driving.
oh yeah forgot to mention, i've been having great fun with the boss playing a game of piss off the drivers! hahaha

he sits ahead of me in the more modern, more powerful tractor with a big hay trailer stacked sky high and no drivers behind can see either side of his trailer whilst i'm behind him in a little, old shi**y tractor with a loader and big bale grab on the front and the brakes are virtually non existent.
the boss then pisses me off by accelerating away so he sits 3 or 400m in front of me.
a driver then comes up behind me and eventually overtakes, slightly grumpy by this time. then he meets my boss just up the road and can't go anywhere so will sit there for a a mile or two until we get back to the farm

great fun and puts a smile on our faces

The Little Grey Fergie is considered a "sh_tty little tractor by some.
What's wrong with using the diff breaking?

Said the smaller tractors are the work horses though.

oh yeah, by all means are the old girls work horses. they all pull more then their fair share compared to a modern equivalent of their size.
the ol' grey fergies and sh*tty at all (unless they're the scraper tractor on a dairy farm!) a legend and beast in it's own right

the little, old sh*tty tractor i drive to pee off car drivers is an old squeking, rattling, shaking, noisy, no brakes dangerous ford 4000. it's the one in the the picture if you can just about make it out

by diff breaking i assume you mean what i know as engine breaking? well it's alright when you don't need to stop in a hurry and you're about to overshoot the entrance to your bosses yard and then you remember you were going to reverse in anyway so it's alright and just as your reversing in your about to hit the gate post and some how miraculously miss it by a half inch or so

i tell that scenario so well it's almost like i've been there in real life! haha
