first 5-days a week

did the first week of all 5 days commuting there and back this week. 360km in all. done it once so will now do it more often.

the next test will be 5 commutes with a saturday club run…

Not great, but to be expected. Told I'm doing well, but it's slooooow. Still off work as I can't sit upright for long. The physio is working hard to get me sorted.
