A fine choice Sir. That's the same as mine! Top tip - don't waste any flour on the "rapid" recipe; it's not good. Best to be patient and wait 4 hours for proper bread.Thanks for all the advice.

Yebbut, you don't have a timer facility whereby you can spend thirty seconds flinging the ingredients together and then choosing a time when you want your bread ready (first thing in the morning for me ).*cough* i can make a loaf by hand quicker than that *cough*
