Actually my local phone exchange is predicted to flood tomorrow. Perhaps no wifi? The kids will be wandering the streets like zombies, bereft of things to do.

Loads, and over 50% of Leicester's population are from India and Uganda, but it's the 15 Syrians who exercise the bigots
