First World problems

My bouganvilea cuttings didn't survive. Not sure if this should be in Mundane News or deserves a thread of it's own.
@User14044 or @Crackle may be able to offer me some impartial advice. I'd ask @theclaud but I fear the worst.
Put it in the Sansewotsit thread. No one will actually know the difference. You can only aspire to Mundane news.

In my sister's case: struggling to get her central heating to make her house in winter 3 degrees warmer (22 degrees) than the average maximum daytime temperature of a UK summer (19 degrees)!

(I asked her if she has the heating on in the summer and she replied of course not - it was usually too warm to need it on!)

Supermarket running out of full fat milk and settling for semi skimmed.

Having to flick between hundreds of tv channels to find something to watch.

Choosing the colour of your cycling top to match the socks.
Surely the truly first world problem would be running out of semi skimmed and having to settle for full fat^_^

Our Nespresso milk frother stopped working yesterday morning and it will be Jan 6 (at the earliest) before they will send a replacement - my life is over.

Finding out one's favoured brand of American import sugary crap (A&W Root Beer) is banned because of a chemical in it that's harmful to health (apart from the sugar, obviously).

Also a while back Junior Fu took a paddy 'cos there was no Oregano (american pronounciation) in the house.
Hands up anyone else for whom mention of the American pronunciation of oregano brings back memories of Charlie first meeting Zoe over the chilli pot in the first season of West Wing?

Oh well, it was worth trying...
