I am hoping someone can help me with my quest. I've had recent knee surgery and on the advice of the surgeon have taken taken up cycling thought as my knee hasn't healed yet I haven't been out.
I bought a used bike off a forum member dave5416 and have had the LBS give it a once over.
I've decided to go for non clip in pedals to start with as it's probably 30 years since I was on a road bike and I will feel safer with these until I move on to clip ins.
Anyway the physio has advised that when I do get on the bike that I try to avoid any steep hills so I'm looking for a flattish route I can practice on around Macclesfield. The best I have come across is from Monks Heath traffic lights towards Chelford but if anyone knows of a better one or a flatter one then please advise.
Thanks
