Cycling back to work after lunch today, the sun was shining, the fields were green and it was warm! Unfortunately the bike got lost and I ended up with a 90 minute ride back instead of the usual 15. Quiet country lanes as well. It was such a tragedy. Lambs in the fields, the llamas were out and all was right with the world. Hazy but tremendous views over the Dee estuary and out to sea. What an experience. And my first trip on the road bike this year. Oh and did I tell you I had flies on my teeth

I don't get it the joke.

During Summer, though, I get those little ity bitty flies stuck under the skin around my eyes - average about two per summer.

I have to wait till I go home - then peel back and pinch up the skin all round my eyes. Get a Tissue and use the corner to stick the dead fly on to remove it.

    That's not a joke.

I don't want to wear eye shades as they'll only get sweaty.
