I remembered just after you went haring off to catch your train but with my sore leg I couldn't catch you! Normally I'd be flying back down that road after coming off that nasty Thursden climb but it was hurting my leg when I made any effort.

I'm not desperate for the tube at the moment. I've got another with a tiny hole in it so I'll patch that and use it as my spare spare!

I had pencilled the Red Rose Ride in for June 13th but have decided that I'm not fit enough to do it this year so I might organise something less demanding for that day. (I'm busy this weekend and the two following the 13th.)
