I expect to be arriving at Euston at around 23.15 - just up the road from St Pancras/Kings X and would be happy to show you the way to HPC.

Yes thanks for the offer, all right that sounds fine all round then :biggrin:. I'll take that unless there are any violent objections.

On time issues I'm aware of how silly the layout is in St Pancras these days and will not be wasting time taking 20 minutes meandering out. I'll be legging it out of there and as fast down Euston Road as I can get whatever time it is.

Earlier trains get in at 21:43 and 22:20 (both direct and indirect). If that explains what I was on about earlier.

Thanks. I am. After a few months of reading these threads and meeting people like Topcat1, MacBludgeon, mike e etc I decided I should get round the country a bit more, or rather get back round the country a bit more.

:sad: I was a mere shadow passing 'cross the strine laden paths...:sad:

:sad::sad::sad::sad::sad:few extra...:sad: +1 for 'luck' :wacko:

(you're only coming because I might hold a raffle..I have a Sheffield Tramways T-Towel all wrapped and ready...:biggrin: )

I'm only teasing, of course I met the more famous members :smile:. You're probably one of the three or four most famous people on here. I was talking to ILB and Mike e about FNRs a little bit. At one point when someone was on about full moons that made me think argh I'd have to give up Friday Night Rides round here. When I checked the dates and found they are more a kind of guideline for here and there was no clash :sad:. I haven't been into Kent for a while :sad:

I'm thinking of having a ride to the national tea towel museum. The national Tramway Museum isn't very far away from here either :wacko:

OK - you are assured 'tranquil repose' marin...if you conk out at Andy's Café you will have to stay there for the smoke-bound return :sad:

Remember - "it's like crack."
I can hear those immortal Arnie words already...

Rumour has it that the ageing Patrick is trawling up to Londres for a ride out with Claudine...:sad:

I promise to be better behaved this time.

I get back to Folkestone from France on that Friday afternoon so I'm toying with the idea of getting dropped off in Caterham and joining you all. I'm not sure if I need a pass but I expect not. I could either cycle home or get the train from Ashford.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm. That's me mulling it over:biggrin:
