Despite a flurry of withdrawals, late registrations have kept us at 80 riders for tonight, of which 30 are riding with us for the first time.

Forecasts (almost) agree it'll be dry, although there's an outside chance SMRbtLers could meet a light shower on the ride back. Only the Norwegians dissent, forecasting a light shower on the run in to breakfast.

Cakes have been baked.
