Need some inspiration please

I`m cycling the miles (150-200 per week) but can`t stop eating crap, and I feel the size of a house.....ok I`m only about a stone heavier than I should be but my head thinks I`ve gained about 5!

I`ve got lazy because I never know what to throw together, or take to work for lunch.

I need enough food to fuel 30 miles per day (minimum) but it needs to be good/lean enough so that I can lose the spare tyre. I would be eternally grateful to hear any ideas:okay:

Link works here also some good ideas in it also :smile: been loosing quite a bit of weight cycling lately using myfitnesspal linked to my sister as a friend we have always been very competitive and it has helped me say no to cakes and treats easily.
I am a computer programming nerd I can put together a program or algorithm in my sleep, however I suck at food recipes. A sticky here with users healthy recipes for cycling would be great :biggrin:
