I don't think i could take that. It'd mean the Jocks would have an even bigger 'pisch up' than if we'd gone out earlier. Wee Jimmy Sturgeon might even declare a public holiday!

Me too. I will be cycling from Dumfries to Carlisle to complete my weekend ride from Largs to Carlisle via Ayr and Newton Stewart. Need to keep an eye on my phone for updates.

It could be dangerous, being a Jock in Englandshire at full time, as I will be, just in case of a wee slip up by the auld enemy. I justify my Panamanian connection as I passed through the canal in 1981 .
