Just found out it's a bag of s..t!
That is why because cheap, and he'd take £300 or so just to get rid. Now how much welding and fixing does it need?

I'm now thinking about offering £1400 for the one i originally saw. He still has it up for £1895 but it's been that much for months, Surely no one's going to give him that amount for it! Besides,it might've only done 27,000 miles and had one owner(a vicar's wife,he told me )but the wipers are rusty and the Ford badges have faded severely, Surely this is a sign of something not quite being right?
He's trying to sell at a premium. The market's not buying it, literally, so it's prime for a cheeky offer. Badges and wiper arms aren't an issue, structure & mechanicals are.

Yeah but things like faded badges would play on my mind. The wipers could be painted but how much for new badges? They just don't look right. The car's very nice apart from those two issues.

I agree I would not touch it with a barge pole if it had a tenners worth of knackered badges on it, walk away there must be a better one out there, please keep us all informed.

I would add one thing Accy, you do not see as many cars as I do each day, and you have not worked on maybe a 100 KA's, again like I have. Just put your hand in your pocket and get the cash out and buy one, regardless of how much they are all kack.

How about a Citroen C1? There's one for sale at a local dealers. It's either an 06 or 08 plate (1 litre engine) and going for i think, £1600. It's got 104,000 on the clock though.

What do you mean by what engine? All i know is it's done 104,000 miles and is a 1.0 litre engine. The place that has the over priced Streetka had a 2008 C2 going for £1800,but it looks like it's been sold.

They come with a few different engines, I would say unless it has impeccable service history then it is a bit expensive for the mileage.
