Everyone replied, I may struggle to reply all week because I'm away until the 22nd. Anyone who has paid will get theirs posted when I return.

Any advice on removing the old chainstay one off my 4 yr old bike? I assume hairdryer and solvent of some sort?

A hair dryer is your best option or a heat gun with care. Go steady because if there's any knocks under the chain stay it may pull the paint. Go slow and steady.

Any adhesive can be removed with white spirits, wd40 etc. just clean off thoroughly before applying the new one
