Frame Size Advice

I am buying a Trek 7.3FX hybrid and am 5.11" with a 78cm (31 inch) inside leg. Which frame size is suited to me?

Best way to find out is to try some for size at a bike shop.

56/7 will be in the right ballpark.

I have that bike and am 5'11'' x 31'' leg but as I was top end for medium and just under large, I and the guy in the shop, thought lge 22'' would be best. I am glad I went for that size but you need to try for yourself . great bike though!

Try before you buy. The most important thing is reach - top tube length, though I would always go for smaller rather than larger frame, and have more seat tube/ longer stem, after bad experience in the past being foisted off with what happened to be in stock (I realised too late).
