You can stick in a fire stick in if you want to get streamed channels via the internet or use an Xbox etc if one is attached without buying a smart TV.

Yes thats what I've got, the Roko one, I don't watch a lot of TV but I've a linux computer and don't get all the catch up services on it, the stick gets me all but one of the catch up services

, as they kept saying). Then it dawned on me, what a pile of crap it was, how money had ruined it, how much cheating went on, how bad the referee's were, blah, blah. I just stopped watching it and ditched sky. Never looked back. My tv has built-in Freesat and Freeview, my dish has just corroded to death, so I've swapped to freeview. It's got slightly less channels, but the best few, that I only ever really watched are there, so I'm not really bothered.
